• Support communications: 3 years from resolution
• Server logs: 90 days rolling
• Anonymised analytics: Indefinitely (no personal identifiers retained)

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable security practices as required under the SPDI Rules 2011, including:
