We are a SaaS company, not a payment gateway or bank.

No. Zynopay does not hold, transmit, or settle funds. Payment processing is done by licensed third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.) that you integrate through our platform. Zynopay provides the software layer — invoicing, billing, automation, and reconciliation — not the payment rails.

Invoice Management is for one-time or milestone-based billing — create an invoice, send it, track payment. Billing Solutions is for recurring revenue — it automates subscription renewals, handles failed payment retries, and manages subscriber lifecycles. Many businesses use both together.

Subscription plans are activated within 24 business hours. Digital Commerce setup takes up to 3 business days. API Consulting kickoff happens within 24 hours; Statement of Work delivered within 48 hours. All timelines are from payment confirmation.

No. Zynopay charges a flat monthly or annual subscription fee only. Per-transaction fees come from your payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) and are separate from Zynopay's billing.

Yes. GST at 18% is charged on all Zynopay subscription invoices. Zynopay's GSTIN is 33AACCZ8481D1Z7. GST-registered businesses can claim input tax credit on this amount.

Yes, within 7 days of payment, provided you haven't used the platform to generate invoices or create payment links. See our full Refund Policy for details. GST paid is non-refundable as per Indian tax law.

Credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI are accepted. Payments are processed through a licensed gateway — Zynopay does not store card data.

For business verification: GST certificate, PAN card, and bank account details. Individual proprietors additionally need Aadhaar. All documents are used for KYB (Know Your Business) verification and are not shared beyond what's required for compliance.

Platform access is granted within 24 business hours of payment. If document verification is required, the full onboarding call (including go-live) typically happens within 2–3 business days.

GST registration is required to generate GST-compliant invoices through our platform. If your business is below the GST threshold and not registered, contact us — we can accommodate non-GST bill formats as well.

No. Zynopay Private Limited is a technology software company. We are not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator, payment gateway, or RBI-licensed entity. We provide software tools to help businesses manage their payment operations — the actual payment processing is done by third-party licensed gateways.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is role-restricted. We comply with India's IT Act 2000 and SPDI Rules 2011. We do not sell data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Governing law is Indian law. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Zynopay supports integration guidance for major Indian payment gateways including Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, CCAvenue, Easebuzz, and PhonePe Business. Our API Consulting service includes gateway selection and integration architecture design.

We target 99% monthly uptime on the platform, excluding planned maintenance windows. Enterprise plans include custom SLA terms. Planned maintenance is communicated 24 hours in advance via email.
