Common questions

No. Zynopay charges only the monthly/annual subscription fee. Transaction fees are charged by your payment gateway provider (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.) directly — those are separate from Zynopay and not billed by us.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the difference is charged immediately pro-rated. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed at 10 months' price for 12 months of access — effectively 2 months free, or approximately 17% savings. Annual payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window.
Yes. Zynopay is GST-registered and issues GST-compliant tax invoices for all subscription payments. Registered businesses can claim input tax credit on the 18% GST paid.
Subscription payments to Zynopay are accepted via credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI through our secure checkout. All payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway — Zynopay does not handle card data directly.
